On street parking. Lower level parking to the left of the State House open to the public on Mondays and Fridays only. Those with disabilities can be dropped off at the upper level parking lot to the immediate left of the building. Elevator to second floor, where library is located, is available from this location. Bathrooms not ADA compliant.
