Accessible Rhode Island was established in 2001 to survey and recognize local businesses that are accessible to persons with disabilities. Since the inception of the program, over 1,200 venues in Rhode Island have been visited and surveyed to determine accessibility.
This site is a resource guide that lists restaurants, museums, cinemas, cultural sites, and more in Rhode Island that have been surveyed according to the guidelines for identifying accessibility, as outlined in the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design.

Long Business Description Ample parking lot but nothing marked accessible. No bathrooms of any kind. Path is dirt/grass. Grounds are accessible for a scooter, difficult for manual wheelchair. You can see the windmill easily from a distance or you can ride up close. Buildings are inaccessible due to high step.
