Locations

Parking on both sides of the Center plus across the street in the Fournier Funeral Home lot. Designated accessible parking on the right side of building leads to entrance requiring use of stairs. Drop-off area in the rear of the building accessed by taking Cumberland Street, right on Locust, left on Gaulin Street. Entrance here leads to an elevator. Call ahead for assistance.

Parking lots with accessible spaces available across Main Street in Municipal Lot. Those with disabilities are accommodated in the orchestra section. Marquis Room accessible by elevator.

The Council is a citizen advisory body appointed by the Governor and mandated by the Rehabilitation Act as amended. The SRC is an independent body of diverse members that works together to insure continuous improvement in the Office of Rehabilitation Services.

Unmarked parking spots in front of entrance have concrete curb stops which prevent clear route to door. There is not adequate space between them for a wheelchair/scooter to pass.
