Talking Books Library is the RI Regional Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped and functions as a public library for RI residents who are unable to read standard print. Talking Books Library lends reading materials in audio and digital format and specially designed equipment free of charge through the U.S. Postal Service.

Gravel parking lot with no marked accessible parking. Unpaved walking path surrounds soccer fields. Ramp leads to bathrooms but would be difficult to navigate to.
There is shared accessible parking throughout the plaza.
No marked parking. Side entrance is accessible to the restaurant bar and leads to the dining area. Bathroom can be accessed but only has 1 grab bar, located in the bar area. Second floor function area has stairs only.
Bar area has steps.
Follow road beyond the Wolf School in Rumford through parking lots to end to reach bike path. 2 faint ground symbols with diagonal lines for van parking but no signs.
Parking lot for bike path is located 2 lots south of the Watercolor Society building on left past Daggett House. No marked parking but there are 2 spots close to path entrance. Porta-John in lot to the north and Daggett House has an accessible bathroom though there is a tight squeeze for scooters and wheelchairs.
Bathroom has adequate turnaround but has turn door knob and cabinets beneath sink.
